| This program is for the Do-It-Yourself Loan Officer. If you like to be in total control of the borrower, title company, bank, and process then this program will allow you to do just that. |
(Splits determined on the individuals needs.) This program is truly designed loan officers that want to stay focused on sales and do not want to be weighed down with paperwork. Here’s how it goes. |
| a . You Structure It – As the originator you will be in charge of finding the lender, filling out the 1003, and gathering ALL necessary documents for qualifying purposes. |
a . We Structure it – Just send in a Prequal Form and we will pull credit, fill in 1003, request necessary documents and end package for signatures. |
| b . You Stack It – It is your responsibility to properly submit the file to BayBurg in the specified order of our stacking instructions. In the file you must include ALL documents for a smooth submission to the Underwriter. |
b . We Stack it – When the file comes back signed from the borrower we will check for errors, make necessary corrections and request additional document. |
| c . You Submit Full File to BayBurg Mortgage – Your file can be sent either through regular US Mail or FED-EX. All documents are necessary in the submission and piece mailing will not be accepted. |
c . We Submit to Processing – We will fill out all lender forms, stack according to guideline, write LOE`s, gather VOE`s and VOD`s and submit your fully stacked loan to UW`ing. |
| d . You Clear It – After the conditions come back from underwriting you will be responsible for gathering any additional information needed for clearing to close. |
d . We Clear It – We will clear any conditions presented by the Underwrites. We will contact all parties in the transaction for additional documents (title changes, insurance updates, pay stubs, etc…) |
| e . You Close It – You will be responsible for contacting Title company and the Borrower to set up closing. |
e . We Close it – Sit back and relax! We will coordinate the closing with the title company, realtors and borrowers. |
